After visiting several different flooring stores we decided to purchase our flooring from Woods. I called to place the order and was told it was not in stock and we would need to place an order and it would take about 3 weeks to get our order in. We drove an hour from our home to place an order and while we were there we were told that they did have it in stock. We did not have any way to get the flooring home so we paid for the floors and went back the next day to pick up our order. Once we arrived there was a big mix up because the girl had put down the wrong floor color. We were then told they did not have our floor in stock. We told them we wanted a refund and would take our business else where. They then "found " the floor that we had purchased. They loaded our trailer with the flooring and then told us they were short two rolls of padding. So after two trips we still do not have all of our order. The staff is very unprofessional. They seem to have no idea what is in stock. I would not recommend buying anything from them and certainly never pay for anything until you have the full order in your possession. We live an hour away from Woods Wholesale and will have to make a 3rd trip to complete our order. We should have been able to complete this order in one visit. The owner did offer us $25 to help pay for gas. So 4 hours of extra driving and missed hours at work is covered by $25? Horrible business!!
