Place was recommended. Looked like they had great slabs, I walked in with blue jeans and a tee shirt (like many employees had on) and as soon as I walked in the customer service was awful. I was treated like I was beneath. I was emailed by Jamie, who according to an other employee did not see people, and she was very sweet(Jamie). Jamie sent me multiple selections of the counter tops I was looking for. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Jill and the other employee did not give me her name were the people who were extremely rude.

A wonderful and informative shopping experience! The Triton rep, Pam, was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely patient with us. We enthusiastically recommend this company.

Want to feel like a second rate costumer ... please shop here!!! Possibly the worst shopping experience of my life. I wasted my morning from 9am to 12:20pm and was made to feel very unimportant. I came home without any quartzite. I looked online to see what slabs they had available. I Looked at all Triton locations and chose Loxley since they had several of the quartzite slabs I wanted. I drove 1hour 35 minutes to Triton and 1 hour 35 minutes back home. I was escorted through the warehouse. I was happy to find beautiful quartzite for my dream home. I saw hold stickers on 1slab and asked about them. I was told they would check but it was on hold a long time so more then likely the customer did not want them anymore. The receptionist ask someone to spread out the stone so I could pick out my 2 slabs. It took a long time for new employee to spread out the stones. I continued to pick my slabs. That is THREE employees I spoke with and they continued to let me select my stone. After selecting my quartzite I was told I couldn't have it. A very important customer that is a stone fabricator had 5 slabs on hold. It was for his home and I could not have it. WHAT!!! I was told sorry and they walked away from me to put stickers on the 5 slabs. They told me they would call me if he did not want the quartzite any longer. I asked them to call and make sure he did want it. I was told NO they do want the stone but had not made a call to him. They told me at 12:30 they would call other Triton locations and see if they could find what I wanted. "We will call you." I did not receive a phone call. I called every Triton store on my long drive home. Other Triton locations had my quartzite but they were in far locations. Stated I would have to pick it up or PAY to have it shipped since it was a farther location then they normally shipped. 1.Day wasted---2. poor communication---3. poor follow through with phone calls.---4. Told I need to pay to ship the stone I wanted to mobile unless at New Orleans or North Florida.5. Website not displaying available stock. So angry and sad.

What a wonderful group of people! Mary was, and still is, my "go to" for my granite, bathtub and faucet. She has the patience of Jobe. If Mary was busy someone else would step in. I must say it is one of the most customer friendly places I have ever shopped. Every person is knowledgable of not only their product but each person has communicated with other employees their customer's desires and needs. If your sales person is off or busy, the next sales person can step right in to help. I will miss the employees when I have finished the renovation! I will have to just stop in and chit chat as they have all become friends! Oh wait, I can do another project, not.

Great source of granite, but wholesale, can not buy direct.
