Recently stopped to buy batteries and when I had asked for some assistance the employee stated not his department and called someone over. Now I don't mind that he called someone over but having been in the retail business before I know the importance of being cross trained in more than one department for this exact reason, to give great customer service. Besides that I have never had any negative experiences at Lowe's and will continue to make purchases there.

I love Lowe's. I always seem to have a great experience there. Excellent customer service, current, stylish products and reasonable prices. Can't say enough positive things about Lowe's.

This Lowe's location is very typical big box Home and Garden store. I tend to find that Lowe's is a bit more brightly-lit organized and clean then it's closest competitor. My visit was pleasant the stuff that I asked questions to or knowledgeable and the lady checking me out was friendly. Overall a great experience today.

had to return items forgot receipt would not return. I did lucky find receipt to return but think the point blank refusal of return was not what I would expect. No receipt I get but other places give you a store card with credit not a piece of paper to email someone to maybe get a refund NOT COOL

For better customer service, go to Lowe's. For lower prices, go to Home Depot. Hands down. The two stores are not even close to each other in each category. Lowes also seems to have the online ordering model down better, from start to finish, which could end up being Home Depot's demise. Lowe's online orders that are delivered to the store are free, Home Depot says theirs' are free, but they are not.
