This visit to Home Depot was as usual as they can be. I know what I need and generally I know where to find it also. No surprises either positive or negative, so the score is a three. A negative experience would have required a lower score and a pleasant surprise would have yielded a higher rating.

The BEST.....picture this order imagining how to pack and deliver.....7 bags concrete...7 twelve foot 4x4 posts...7 eight footers the same....fragile high end lattice of 7....and of coarse throw in twelve pavers........ This delivery came SO PERFECTLY packed evenly and protected all pieces. They like hid everything inside like a puzzle. Brilliant. Sorry for the weird order. I actually used it all. Thank You All. Your delivery Man was So Kind and Professional.

I was unable to find what I was looking for in the store. The associate pointed me to an aisle with the products from the same brand, but not the product I was looking for. I checked the Home Depot website again and it stated that there were several in stock at this location. So I decided to try and order it online. After leaving the store to grab a bite to eat, I received a call from Tony(actually a voicemail). He said the item was not in stock and he would process a refund without me needing to return to the store. The next day, to my surprise, I received an email saying to come pick up my order. I ended up having to drive all the way across town just to pick up and return an item I already purchased elsewhere. To top it all off, I have to wait 3-5 business days for $30 to go back on my debit card. This will be my last time dealing with Home Depot. I recommend going to Lowe's for a more organized shopping experience.

For better customer service, go to Lowe's. For lower prices, go to Home Depot. Hands down. The two stores are not even close to each other in each category. Lowes also seems to have the online ordering model down better, from start to finish, which could end up being Home Depot's demise. Lowe's online orders that are delivered to the store are free, Home Depot says theirs' are free, but they are not.

Great lady manager helped me out last night. Just awesome Service by her. First time at this store since I moved here from Illinois. I will go back to this one. Not the other ones in Mesa.
