Home Depot tends to not want to go and help you get stuff especially if they're going to have to go get a forklift I called the garden center asked about a mulch I wanted they didn't have it the night before but now they said they did asked him specifics they said it was there I got over there none. I asked they looked they had a hundred plus bags outside guy said it would take 40 minutes usually I would just say okay but this time I went and got a manager Stewart was his name and he was so sweet he helped me right away he got the bags himself and it took him like less than 10 minutes . Thank u Stewart for great customer service!!

This is the Home Depot I normally go to just because it's closer to home. Today when I went the customer service wasn't there whatsoever. When I walked into the garden center I smiled and made eye contact to the two guys who were leaning against their registers. Neither one even acknowledged me or welcomed me in which kinda bugged me. Then in the paint center the two people that were there were too busy to acknowledge me at first and then the guy seemed annoyed that I had questions about the paint. The help/return staff was very friendly so I was happy with their service but overall it was a bad experience and when I'm going somewhere that I'm spending money I want a proper response.

Home Depot is great, BUT, what makes this one so good is the fact that there is an OWNER OPERATOR Hot Dog and Sausage stand outside the front door open every day. Sign reads Hot Dog Kings, there is a place to sit with shade and soft drinks. Serving an ORIGINAL Chicago Dog for under $4. I also liked the HOT Polish with sauerkraut. Yummy...

I bought a Home Depot brand water filter for my refrigerator for $50. It didn't do anything. The ice tasted horrible. Actually worse than out of the tap. Had to spend another $50 on a LG filter that works great. Tried to return the Home Depot filters but couldn't. Since it was a 2 pack and I only brought back one. ImI done with Home Depot. Poor customer service. To go with poorly made products.
