Lowe's employees are typically friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. Lowe's often has specials, sales and usually offers 5% off or no interest for 6 months when you use your Lowe's card. The store is clean and I find help when I need it. It doesn't matter who you are, what you need or why, the staff gives everybody the same, great, level of service. Unlike that other store with the orange logo, employees here have time to help & seem to genuinely care that you get what you need. Once in a while they don't have what I'm looking for or the model they have isn't quite right for my use but they do a good job here. The electrical department has a really nice selection of fans, lights and chandeliers at reasonable prices. They do a good job of keeping things up to date so the fixtures are actually something you might use in a quality home improvement project. Tile here is often superior to other large home improvement store selection, nice selection of backsplash tile & accent tile. In-stock cabinets are the nicest you'll find in a home improvement store as well. Certain stores have various styles and finishes so you might have to shop around a bit. But they're very nice. Highly recommend this store!

This place is wonderful! Close to home. So easy to run in get directions and a reasonably price part quickly and be back on the task at hand. They have help with home projects from irrigation to toilets. Even helped me with installing the soft water system. My wife feels welcome and respected by everyone there and that is huge to me.

This review is 100% based on my opinion of one particular Lowe's employee: John from the plumbing department (or Fashion Bath, whatever the store calls it) is amazing! He's so helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. I've driven by a Home Depot much closer to my home to see John and seek his knowledge. Thanks so much John!

No need to review Lowe's. Everyone knows what to expect at Lowe's the question is whether home Depot or Lowe's is best. I'd say they are equal in both service and producs and services.

Why should it be so hard to get paint? The guy they have mixing the paint has no clue what he is doing. Not the employee's fault, Lowes should never put him in charge if he has no training. Empty store and it takes 45 minutes to get my paint .. Only problem is he only made a gallon instead on the three I ordered. Now I have to come back some other day..... Will be amazed if the color is correct.
