Great home depot. Employees are very helpful and kind. I recently need a sheet of plywood ripped with about 8 cuts. The measurements were within 1/16 of and inch. The employee was very helpful and read my drawing and said it looks good. Asked a couple if quick questions then got about cutting the pieces up. The only complaint I had was the blade they use is a course on so the backside of the cuts were really rough. But I was able to sand so not to big of a deal. Employee helped load on cart and get everything to my truck. Overall, I am very pleased. I will definitely be headed back to have a few more cuts to be done for several more projects I have plannned.

This particular Home Depot wasn't over staffed and it wasn't understaffed. I asked an associate where was the air filters. She told me exactly where they were at. Store was clean. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely return to this store.

Things are easy to find in this big, clean store. I feel at ease buying as a regular homeowner. Other places feel like they are built for contractors, with only large quantities and minimal signage, and things aren't packaged with directions. This place will be fine for contractors too, but there are lots of things that I can buy in small quantities that have instructions on the bag, which I need because I'm teaching myself a lot of basic home repair (with help from YouTube). There are a lot of people you can ask for help, but they're not pushy. I really enjoy shopping here.

Poor customer service skills and approach by Associate Karina at checkout minutes ago. I was walking up to the checkout isle with a couple of totes I was going to purchase as I walked to the checkout was pulling the 2 totes apart and before I even got a chance to begin pulling them apart to scan them Karina rudely stated "I need to look inside them" as if I was not going to get there and had just walked up to checkout. I asked Karina if that's the way they talk to everyone and ask everyone like that she said yes. I told her I had no problem with that and I was going to just had barely pulled up to checkout and she didn't say anything just went to talking to another associate. As I was exiting the store she stated have a good day I did not respond as she was a rude associate to me and her and the other guy just started laughing together. I dont know what is happening with home depot employees as I have shopped here for several years since it is my local home depot but they are either hiring immature kids or they are lacking in training.

This Home Depot is my favorite one to go to. There is always an associate close by to help. The store is clean, the aisles are easy to maneuver. If an associates is not sure how something works they are quick to find another that does. It easy for me to get lost in the out door garden just wondering around.
