My husband and I would dearly love to rip out the floors that came with her home when we purchased it. Having seen some of the wood looking tile on their online advertisements we were in the area and stopped by. The people there were very nice, they were extremely helpful and gave us a good idea of what the cost would be to redo the flooring in our home. Hoping to get back with them sooner rather than later.

Greg their contractor who has a contract with Lumbar Liquidators for all of their installs was terrible. I hate to leave this review for the company but he represents them. He recommended two other contractors to tile my shower etc. and they quit on me halfway through and took my money. When I asked Greg to reach out to then since he vouched for them he shrugged it off as if it wasn’t his problem and I lost my money and had to hire someone else to finish. It wasn’t just a recommendation from him either he has his own contracting business and hired them as his sub contractors. It’s a really bad look for Greg and reflects poorly on Lumbar Liquidators that they contract with him as their installer. Never got my money back from the person that he hired who just stopped showing up and responding nor from Greg (mostly upsetting that Greg just didn’t care). Just beware if you get him.

I have been a customer 3 times. 1st time they sold me stock based on a lie. So I switched to Scottsdale office. 2nd time I would give them a 4/5 good job. Last job the wood supplied was bad, we had to reorder. The installers were working with an imperfect surface and promised follow up with leveling injection under the wood. They have avoided doing this, and told us it’s normal for the wood to have 1/2 in travel above the foundation. We have called them but they will not doing anything.
