Lowe's, home improvement. If you need to make a key at the counter, call them when you are at the counter. The staff may see you at the counter but they won't help. The on-line search engine is really bad. If you search for things that you know are there it provides no results. The best way to search is to go there. A prime example; I wanted a trowel. No, not with the tools. In fact an employee and I found that trowels are located at 3 spots in the store. In hind sight this makes some sense, but why not have at least a small stock in the tool area?

Online order pick up was a little confusing since they have two signs for "Pick up." Of course I went to the one that wasn't correct, but that's what happens when there are multiple signs... clearly one sign would be appropriate. Had to wait for someone to show up after pressing the button, but I attribute the pause to Lowe's maximizing employee efficiency and minimizing unproductive down time manning a sporadically active station. On the whole, the associate who attended me was friendly and very helpful. Very pleasant experience.

The store itself (on Oracle) is good. People have been nice. But the appliance warranty for our washing machine has been disappointing. It took several days to get a repairman to look at the washer. When he arrived, he said it would take more than a week to get the parts and return to make the repair. So, we've been almost 7 days without a washer and doing laundry at a laundromat. The folks at Lowe's Service Advantage tell me they'll reimburse the laundromat expense, but NOT before 14 days have passed since the day of the first repairman's visit. Yes, they expect a family of 4 to go 14 days without doing laundry. And the cost of the laundromat tonight is nearing $20. I'd rate the store itself 3 or 4 stars. But I'd rate the Service Advantage warranty program 0 stars if possible. Typical warranty nonsense- anything to make the sale, then leave you stuck when the appliance fails.

You don't always get help easily, but it is a good store. I enjoy shopping there

Very friendly staff! Was asked multiple times if I needed help finding something and was walked to the location. Great customer service!
