-Flooring material purchased: *4 stars* (Hay Bale Oak, Vinyl Plank) -Customer Service at 389 South W 1830 S, Salt Lake City, UT location: *2 stars* (Can seldom answer a question when you call, always have to call back for any simple question about orders, etc. Seldom appropriately staffed to handle clients. Loading process not smooth…) -Product order process: *4 stars* (Able to order what was wanted without issue, order arrived quickly at the store for pickup, trim strips were required to be shipped to house for some reason and arrived as expected) -Price matching: *4 stars* (their own price dropped within 30 days of my ordering the product and they honored the company guarantee. Mgr appeared a little put out over it though.) -Installation company (H & H Flooring), utilized by Lumber Liquidators (LL): *1 star* (Charged $25 to give estimate – no other company has EVER charged me for an estimate on any job before. H&H Flooring arrived for estimate as scheduled. Installer is independent of LL, however you have to work through LL to get all the estimate info, do scheduling, etc. Had to dog LL just to get the estimate because they hadn’t gotten it from H and H Flooring yet. Sticker shock over the installation quote lasted a whole day; they were the first quote, but after others were compared, they were at least 2x higher than all the others – it was seriously an absurd amount! Couldn’t find anything about the installer online. No review to provide regarding installation quality as they were not hired for the job. Overall grade: 2.6 stars. Summary: Flooring products are fine, store associates could use more training, staffing could be improved during peak traffic hours, expect to get a second mortgage on your house if going through LL to install the flooring.

I have loved working with these guys! We bought our flooring and molding pieces from them at a really great deal. When we went to start installing, the molding pieces did not match the flooring at all. I was so frustrated and I went in the store to complain and admittedly was not very pleasant about it. I had checked the boxes before I took them back and they had the same color name as the flooring, but they explained that the flooring manufacturer often outsources the molding pieces so they may be a little different. They helped me pick out a different color that would match my flooring better and exchanged them free of charge. I couldn't believe they would help me out like that when it wasn't even directly their fault. Truly incredible service and patience with unhappy customers. I'm a customer for life.

So far, customer service has been good. I am giving them one star because of the quality of the product. I bought the Pewter Oak, good looking laminate but, it breaks so easily and every day I find a scratch or a chip. Stay away from Pewter Oak. It was cheap for a reason!

Really nice, friendly staff that are not commission based, so they help you pick out what works best for you and your budget. The gentleman that we worked with was awesome! We'll definitely be going back to buy flooring, once we decide on which one we like best!

I liked working with the store but was unimpressed by the installing company They work with. There employees where never on time. They scratched up my floor and wouldn't do anything about fixing it. It was not a hard job and could have done a better job myself. Just look elsewhere is what I would suggest.
