This Lowe's in surprise is the worst store of any of the Lowe's. About 3 month's ago I compound miter saw saw the reached under to pull out the item in new in the box took it to the counter to pay and it was $100 more then the one on display I asked they said that was not the same saw. I said OK I want the that was supposed to be there its out of stock they tell me. OK I just want a saw, they said we can sell the diplay for 10% off I said good deal I took it home and it was missing a lot of parts but the most important one was the bushings it won't work with out them. Went to the store told if they can give me some bushings I would be OK without the other parts . So the girl said hold on I'll back, 10 minutes later the muscle showed up to show me the door. Told me if I didn't want the saw bring it back. ( I left out all he said incase kids are reading this ) so long story short no new saw. I didn't learn my lesson I like to give people a second chance. I ordered a planer on line to be pickup went I get off work. I go to the pick up desk and I told they are out of new planers but have one that was slightly used for $50 off (I should have opened the box first before I took it home) I got I rest from working all day then open the box to find an old planer worn out from use and missing the blades and other parts but the worst part is that it was covered in sawdust they couldn't even clean it. They need a new manager. Keep things in stock Lowe's in surprise. And stop selling trash.

I am a builder and so I buy a lot from Lowe's and other lumber yards, and usually feel like I am treated fairly. However, I am disappointed in the service I received at the Surprise Lowe's today. I had a small return, less than $25, and it took 20 minutes of standing in line while the less than able return clerk waited on one other customer who was returning an item less than $30. It seems they are very accommodating when taking our money but purposely drag their feet on refunds. Maybe they are trying to teach us a lesson. This is not standard for Lowe's but this particular store appears to be the bad apple. I will be going across the street to Home Depot from now on.

Very helpful staff. Needed to find something that would actually treat my weeds and they gave me some great advice.

This is a picture of me waiting for help at the paint counter. They are standing there talking, ignoring me. Probably won't come back to this lowes

Good selection, great inventory in stock. Pricey. Sometimes hard to find help. Awesome kids workshops.
