Every single time we have shopped here it has been terrible customer service . No one is willing to help and just tonight we asked for them to pull an 11 ft 360 rotating umbrella for us and put it up front because we had just arrived and had all of our shopping to do. Well we shopped for an hour and after no assistance in any department we were bombarded by a man who seemed like he returned stolen merchandise and wanted us to give him cash for his Lowe's card with 12 dollars on it . After declining his offer he had attitude and moved on to the next person to con.... We waited at the wood cutting station for 15 minutes after being told that someone was on there way ...I finally pushed the service button and eventually a man came up to tell me he couldn't cut the rod because it wouldn't be safe . We finally made it to the front to be told that they put the umbrella back because they assumed we weren't in the store anymore and had changed our mind. No one came to help bring it back up and we had to carry the massive box by ourselves to the front . I had a question about an online coupon from my phone and the lady's response was that she didn't know how to use technology and has an old school phone. Rant over.... It's the same thing everytime and we have spent thousands of dollars there.
