Lowes store in this location has a long way to go, when it come to Customer Service, they treated my husband and I like we had a PLAGUE. So sad , you have a beautiful , well price and stock store, and we left and went to your competition, Home Depot. which happen to be located 5 minutes away. One young lady try to help me at the desk , where everyone else was standing with their arms folded and talking among themselves. I wish I gotten her name, to thank her, she was very uncomfortable how her co workers were acting, and you could see it in her face. You got two stars, because I found some hardware that we had been looking for and the young lady that treated this Customer with some respect.

Walked into this place with plenty of money to spend on a new refrigerator. Was I completely blown away & surprised with the horrible behavior from the associate's at this Lowe's location. There is a obvious culture at this location that does not welcome the Latino community. The signs of Ricism are very much real and obvious not only by the associates, but by the entire store management team at this location.I am a Latino Native and I'm also a( MD) with a practice here in this beautiful town of Lake Havasu city Az.This type of behavior should not be tolerated by any means. My advice to corporate is to look at this issue & really deal with this issue now,cuz I could see this becoming a bigger problem in the near future. Please train your associates to greet & sale. Not to be so quick to judge the community so fast. This location needs worker's that make the customer's feel invited & welcomed, not like if your invading their space. The sad part of my experience at this Lowe's is that alot of these associates are older people, which i find completely confusing & alarming what kind of examples are they giving the younger kids that work there.Again there is a huge problem there and I certainly will never do anymore shopping there. I would rather drive further out and spend a little more money @ the home depot were at least my presence is respected and where good service is given to all individuals who walk through the doors

We walked in ready to purchase over a hundred dollars in dremel supplies. They have one opening to get into their tool section which is really poorly set up. We missed the opening, traveled across the store only to find that there were no other openings to get in. I'm guessing they did this for security measures but there are so many other ways to accomplish this rather than frustrating your paying customers. We finally get in and are feeling really awkward and uncomfortable in this one opening section. I asked an employee where the dremel section was and he mumbled something to me. No personality or desire to be there whatsoever. We get over to the dremel stuff feeling like why on earth would we pay this store all this money when they don't deserve it so we left and bought a 8220 dremel, a dremel flex shaft, and a dremel drill press at Home Depot instead. Unlike Lowes, Home Depot gives their customers multiple exits in the tool section! lol
