Who doesn't love Lowe's? I don't know and I don't even hang out with people like that. Love this place the store is always clean and in Tip-Top shape always have a great selection variety of vegetables and herbs for your garden in the summer time or winter Vegas is a 12-month growing season so it's a really nice thing to have close by. The staff is also very friendly and helpful whenever you need it

Good to buy things from. I needed an estimate for my home. I was charged 40$ immediately. Told I would receive a call within 24 hours to schedule. No one called. I called 4 times. Finally called 10 days later. Didn’t need estimate any more. Told me they would refund the deposit and did not. I had to call credit card co and dispute.

This Lowe's severely missed the mark on customer service and general friendliness. Went into appliance area, looking at [] item. Two workers completely ignored me. Went to customer service desk to ask for help. They wanted to call the two workers who were already ignoring me. Thanks but no thanks. On checkout the worker ignored my request to add mylowes number, and also failed to offer military discount. Finally spoke with manager who squared things away, but jeez!

The store had the wallpaper paste I needed, one brand only but it covered my needs. I was charged double for a tube of wallpaper seam glue and it took a while to get a refund but the customer service representative gave me the overpayment back and apologized. Lucky I caught the error, I guess I'm going to have to check my receipts thoroughly from now on.

I frequently shop Lowe's. The commercial entrance gets backed up a bit. Typically the employees up front are very friendly. Many know my face. The prices are comparable to the other big box store up the road. I only wish the employees in their perspective area (hdw, electrical, plumbing, etc) would be more proactive to ask the customers if they need help rather than walking off not to be found. Very frustrating on our part. Even after helping a customer and they know you've already asked them for help they just leave. Not cool at all. Would get 5 stars but the employees made my mind.
