Here a few times a month. Home Depot has anything you need for home repairs. We have bought so much to fix up our place from this location. Our refrigerator, washer and dryer, as well as many other building materials and plants. Most of the employees are friendly and helpful.

I have been an employee of Home Depot in the past. I am blown away by the lack of customer service in this store . I know that my review will not affect their stock but maybe I can save some from the aggravation I experienced . Wanted Home Depot to install flooring and they could not even get it right .Tim, the store manager was no help until he had to. Home Depot culture has changed for the worse. Save yourself the aggravation and hire a competent contractor to do your work .I will Never shop at this store again. I will tell all I know not to shop Home Depot starting NOW. Shameful, removing from my resume. EMBARRASSING .

Went into this store yesterday to buy a few sections of wire by the foot. The first thing I had trouble with was getting anyone's attention to cut the wire at 0830 in the morning! After getting through that I went to the front of the store to pay for it and noticed that they had no cashiers on duty for full service. Again I tried to get the attention of someone to get a regular cashier as I had no idea how to take wire being purchased by the foot through self service. Finally I approached the girl on duty in the self service section to get help and she did not know how to do it either. She asked someone with a badge name plate of "coach" to help her but he was also trying to help 2 other customers and was quite rude to the cashier and customers making comments like "I can't multitask". This store now only has about 4-5 regular cashier positions and they were not manned at all. The self service cashier section was very busy and had lots of problems going on with SKUs that would not work and such. They apparently don't care much about the customer so I won't go back. We have a good Lowe's store not far away.

Normally, I prefer this Home Depot over Prescott because it’s easier to get in and out and never that busy. I normally go to self checkout because it’s easier and less hassle. Today an older cashier asked if I was ready and that she would help me, so I went to her register. She wasn’t too friendly and was demeaning the whole time. Our conversation. Cashier: Just put the smaller things on the counter and leave the big stuff in the cart. Me: I need to ring up the light bulbs separately. Cashier: Just put the stuff you want rung up now on the counter. Cashier: Sign up for a Home Depot credit card and I’ll save you $25, kid. (I’m 31). Me: No thanks. I finish the first transaction and the cashier moved my cart closer and tells me not to back up. She begins scanning things without putting smaller items in a bag. Cashier: I’m gonna ask you again, get a credit card and you’ll save $25, and your still gonna say no? Me: I’m good, thanks. Once the transaction is complete, she starts messing with her plastic bags, so I grabbed my receipt and said thank you. The she said “wait, thank you.” I’m used to being asked about a credit card, but to be asked twice with an attitude is a little ridiculous.
