Staff were very helpful in getting my wood picked out and helping me load it into my truck. The quality was better than other place I checked and the price was lower.

A typical diy store... thankfully, they weren't busy in the early afternoon so I got plenty of assistance as I strolled. Good customer service and I was able to find exactly what I needed.

Very pleased with the employees I made contact with, most friendly, and good spirite. Gave the feeling they were happy to see you an wanted to help. Not the other direction of being put out of their way to help you. GOOD TO SEE.......

Service is adequate but it would be easier if they had a self pay kiosk so that customers can pay quicker .Currently there is only 4 cashier kiosks in the front of the store and the addition of self pay kiosks would allow people to pay faster

I have been using them since moving into Casa Grande, about 9 years ago. But Now, I go to OTHER hardware stores and search the web for items I need. Their prices have been going up much faster recently and they are FIRING the good people, left and right. Don't look for help in the store. They are only hiring part-timers who are clueless.
