I had a important return with a large load of composite decking I got stuck with after a renovation, 56 of them at 16ft long, this is a big load at a couple thousand dollars, the amount needed was greatly over estimated by one of my workers, I just relocated to the area and not used to dealing with the home Depot, they didn't know who I am (because stores tend to learn their bigger customers over time) and I was expecting to be hassled over this.. there was no choice but to have cash used while I was away on business and my employee I had pick up the decking lost the receipt.. so I was in a bad position... I can say I was very impressed with the help I received here without any problems what so ever, they will definitely be getting ALL of my business for my real estate investing in this area. 5 stars for sure.

Fast, and friendly service, helpful as well. Asked a question got the answer quickly. Could have been a little more engaging when asking for storage containers, I felt like I had to be specific with my question. The employee didn't follow up with an alternative to my question, just gave me a denying answer.

Rented a rug doctor. So dirty and contaminated so I spent 30 minutes cleaning it out. Thought it was clean but after I shampoo my carpet the stink was horrible. I went over it several times with the best shampoo they offer and no help. My carpet did not stink only had a dirty shoe stain on a one year old carpet. Now my house smells like stinky feet 1,000 times. They offered me Nothing. I told them to throw out that rug doctor because the damage it did to my house is horrible. They said have a nice day. And use some air fresh on isle #3 Good bye!!! I regret renting there.

Employees here are friendly and helpful. The prices could be a little better. They will tell you that they don't price match Amazon which they should really change that policy. But if your cashier is nice enough, they will do it anyways. The garden center is a nice place to checkout at as it's never busy and you get front row parking.

Mark and Ed were very patient with my neighbor and myself in looking for under the cupboard lights, and fans. Not knowing what we were looking for, their knowledge was amazing. I have back issues and experienced sudden massive pain. A young man brought me a chair then an electronic cart. We were able to continue our shopping and bought more than we thought we needed. Thanks to all 3 for outstanding service and consideration. They all went above and beyond. Please thank them again for us. This was the night of Friday, September 14th, 2018.
