This place might have 5 star reviews, but boy do the 1 stars really count. If you’re coming to this location and know what you need, and know where to find the product great. However, if you need help good luck. The two times I have shopped here needing assistance have been the worst experience in any retail store ever. Employees seem unhappy and they sure don’t care to help. I showed one man a product on my phone that said it was in stock and he said I know nothing, I only know plumbing. That was my cue to leave. His name was Doug, “the plumber”,

Total disappointment! If I could rate less than one star, I would! Our first stop was in lighting. A guy stopped and asked if he could help us. So we asked him our question. He said "Yeah, I don't know. Talk to our lighting guy." And walked away. Ok, fine. Next stop, tile. We had to track down a girl after 10 minute of searching. Finally she walks over and says "Um, yeah?" We told her what we needed and she said, "If you don't see it,we don't have it." And walked away. Wow! Same in the paint section, absolutely no one to help. Really? And apparently, the person in the garden section doesn't know what a hedge is. Alright, I'm done here! So we decided to buy the tile and just leave. Except it took 15 minutes to check out because apparently the SKU wasn't right in the system and getting an override took forever. Ended up loading it ourselves after waiting an eternity for help that was "coming right now". No thanks! I'll stick with Home Depot from now on!

Spent 15mins on the phone being transfered back and forth to different departments (same people multiple times) and then they HUNG UP. My question was, "Do you have gazebos?" You know, the outdoor cover products. Pretty easy but apparently that was a little difficult. I shop elsewhere when I can. If I go here, I walk in, grab what I need and leave through the self checkout. Management here is lacking or nonexistant. The woman I spoke to was also in a bad mood, all that came out of my mouth was "ok" "no problem I'll hold" and my question.

I decided to stop shopping at Lowe's. Why should I have to get a membership just to get a military discount? I originally went to customer service at this location to get the needed membership, but when the CSM started asking me all types of personal information, to include the password I would like, yes......I was asked what I would like as my password to my account......it clicked, Lowe's wanted too much information, and that both Ace and Home Depot do not require memberships to get military discounts. Adios Lowe's.

We purchased a whole kitchen remodel back in July and it’s now going into December! If you want a kitchen remodel to go smoothly you have to call them daily and stay on top of what’s going on because there is no communication at the store in Gilbert. Managers leave your kitchen designer leaves and nobody as much as checks to see how the project is going. They just drop you after paying for the whole remodel up front! Still waiting......with boxes of cabinets laying around. Worst experience ever.
