They always have what I want, and they have a great return policy too, and the offer you free coffee that's decent. Cannot complain about that, oh, you can order things online and pick up your items too. Sales associates are friendly and helpful

I love catching the sales here. But you also have to be wary as you could end up spending far more than you originally planned. Home Depot won't be undersold and price matches. I normally write out a shopping list with both items needed and wanted. This was my first time being able to buy sale items from both lists.

The Home Depot never seems to disappoint. A nice selection of products. Very helpful and courteous employees. Competitive prices on most of there inventory. Order online and have items sent directly to your doorstep. Or check stock on an item and find exactly where it's located within the store. You can use either the website or app, both will do exactly the same thing.

I go to Home Depot and other home improvement stores regularly and service can be very hit or miss. Today was a huge hit. I had questions about matching paint colors and the application of the paint. The lady behind the counter couldn't have been more helpful. Not only did she take the time to answer my questions and personally walk me to the products that I needed but she walked me to cashier to ensure my exchange went smoothly. Great service in a world of poor service.

Wanted table top dimmer switch. Consulted customer service desk for info on aisle location. She took 2 phone calls first. Then made call to inquire where dimmers were located. Then she could not quite remember the call after she hung up and said it may be aisle 7 or 8 and a rep will meet you there. I said which aisle shall I meet him. She looked baffled. I saw a Home Depot representative passing by and asked where the dimmers were. He knew where they were. He took me to them. Meanwhile I spent about 7 Minutes standing at the counter with a customer service person that did not deliver any customer service.
