Tony is an AWESOME manager. Excellent service. Tom did an expert with remodeling assistance where I bought 4 sinks and 3 light fixtures. Overall everyone that I worked with were world class individuals

Pretty good, guy was knowledgeable, but didn't get the line item estimate I really wanted . I had to take copious notes to keep track of all the figures he was giving me.

Going here for the last 12 years. Used to be great, well staffed, helpful, friendly and KNOWLEDGEABLE workers. Anymore it is hard to get somebody to help and when you do they don't know what they are talking about. Very disappointing. Might have to drive an extra 10 mins and switch to Lowe's.

I went to this Home Depot location on my lunch break looking for a 20 x 20 replacement tile. After looking up and down the aisles, I swear no one worked there. I went up to a lady at a service desk and she said she would call someone to come help me. Waited.... and waited....... and waited................ found another desk and asked him to call someone. I waited... and waited........ the first lady said that she called and he was helping another customer and would be right up. Why couldn't she have told me that when she talked to him? I waited........ and waited........ and waited................ and finally got fed up and walked out. I find it hard to believe there was only one person on the floor available to help me find something. So disappointed, I'll never come to this location again I'll try the one near Shea and 90th.

Always a little puzzled when looking for things at Home Depot... But got some seriously great customer service from a dude with a soul patch. Good experience.
