Brian went the extra mile for us! He has a great selection in his store, but we ended up finding what we wanted elsewhere. We enjoyed our interaction with Brian so much on our first visit to his store that we called him back to see about the flooring we wanted. Brian not only was able to obtain the flooring, but his estimate for the product, removal, and install was the best price we could find. He also made everything happen in a timely manner so that we could have our floors installed on schedule before the holidays. His team that worked on the removal and installation were super polite, and considerate in how they put up tools and materials at the end of each day since we have small children in the home. Brian also answered all of our questions throughout the project and we felt taken care of the entire time. Having done a lot of remodeling in the past and having worked with lots of vendors and suppliers, I put Brian at the top of the list of who I would want to work without reservation.

I just had 5 rooms changed from carpet to wood floor by Enmar , they did a great job ! Brian is well knowledgeable and answered all my questions. 3 days the guys cane and went , and completed the job as projected . No transition strips , just smooth flooring from tiled area to wood . Wow, I love it. I would recommend them to anyone I know if they are looking to install wood flooring . Pricing is fair , pretty similar to Home Depot’s quote .

Would not recommend. Waited for approx. 45 min to speak to the salesman on the floor. He and the person he was helping were making small talk for the entire time. Did not acknowledge us, say he would be "with us in a minute...", or even when we left ask "..if he could help us." He and the lady he was helping where literally talking to virtually ignore us. I'm sorry, but if you have going to spend literally $10K in services and products, I would expect at least some service in 45min worth of waiting....

I cannot rave enough about these amazing group of guys! Everyone from the owner to the installers went above and beyond to make the process as smooth and pleasant as possible. They worked extremely efficiently, answered all of my questions every step of the way and in the end did an AMAZING job! We get nothing but great remarks about our floors! Everyone in the company is EXTREMELY knowledgable about the product and the process. I would look no further in your search if you are looking for someone to buy and install your hardwood floors! You will not be disappointed! Thank you ENMAR for taking the worry out of the entire process! You guys are the best!!

Go with Enmar....they are fantastic! This is our 2nd time using Brian and Arlene (Enmar owners). The first home we used Enmar for is in Chandler for my master bedroom and they did such an amazing job that we used them again in our newest home in Phoenix. Trust me...we have done ample research...basically, you don't have to do the research because we have done it all. This company has the best customer service, best pricing, and best execution. Go ahead an ask any wood company "How much do you charge for baseboards?" (you may need new ones and people don't think to ask this question)....and ask "How do you install wood that sits beside tile?" (I bet they use those long wood slat inserts (they shouldn't!!!!! Only the unqualified, lazy wood installers use these things that people trip on! Enmar does NOT use these...the wood floors are flush with the tile because they know what they're doing). Btw, we got tile installed in the living room, office, front room, front room closet, and on the face of the stairs (we had carpet installed on the other parts of the stairs and it looks AMAZING). This house is totally transformed and I'll tell you...walking barefoot on real wood floors is SO nice...it's soft and reminds me of back home in California. :) Thank you Enmar.
