Charlie came highly recommended to us from a friend. We were told his attention to detail was to the highest standard. We have had many contractors work with us in the past, and I’ve always been dissatisfied with their work. They say anything just to get your contract. Charlie at Delta Plus was Stellar!!!!! He did everything he said he would do and more. He completed our home , putting in Bamboo flooring. I’m very picky and there was not one thing I was dissatisfied with. Everything went so smoothly and our home looks so Wonderful !!! We definitely pushed the easy button. Highly Recommend Charlie for making a house into a home. Your home.

We hired Charlie almost 5 years ago to replace carpeting with hardwood in our great room, hall and master bedroom. After a long search of looking at prefinished floors, I fell in love with a sample of yellow Mesquite hardwood that he had put together. The installation process was quite involved, but ever so worth it! First, the subfloor had to be brought up to a level where the hardwood would exactly match a stone floor it would abut, a very tricky job since it was close to 2 inches lower and not entirely level. All of the baseboards had to be removed and numbered so they could be put back in place after the floor was installed. The wood floor itself had to be specially ordered, milled and transported here from South Texas. The boards then had to acclimate for a period of time in our home before installation. Though it is a particularly hard wood, Mesquite is, by nature, full of checks and flaws, so those had to be filled and sanded with precision after installation and before the finish could be applied. The end product is a very beautiful and distinctive floor that has held up incredibly well. We could not be happier, nor can we overstate what a professional Charlie was to work with. His attention to detail was incredible. If you are looking for a genuinely experienced professional who understands wood, we would highly recommend you speak with Charlie at Delta Floors.

Charlie refinished the original 35 year old floors in our home not long ago. He sanded, filled, stained, and coated the floors throughout the house. While it was a bit of a process, he worked consistently and conscientiously. The floors are beautiful and we couldn't be happier.
