Nice thing about shopping at Lowes is that you can easily find someone to help you, and they lactually know something about the product you are looking for. That's why I quit shipping at their competition.

If you're looking for window treatments for your home, please DO NOT purchase from Lowe's. Lisa, the lady "in charge" of ordering is incredibly unprofessional and hasn't the slightest clue on how to treat customers. If she is already with a customer, you'll get the most disgusting attitude with a tsunami eyeroll once you walk away. She was quite pushy wanting to sell the more expensive blinds, but kept saying, "we don't get commission, you're not going to like what you're choosing, those warp, they're no good, blah blah... Guess what? We LOVE our Bali Blinds. I honestly cannot believe this individual still has a job working for Lowe's as their windows specialist.

Went to Lowe's to buy new appliances, the store was very quiet, except for the appliance department. The staff were wonderful, great to work with, then we changed our order to upgrade to get an extra discount, and they were very accommodating. Thanks for a wonderful retail experience, see you next time.

I wanted carpeting for one room. They force you to use their contractors for measuring. I disagreed with their square footage; they gave me a song and dance about it. In the end I have one piece of carpet 7' x 9' leftover from a room 12' x 13'. Ripped off in excess of $350.00 Their contractors are dishonest, and Lowes management couldn't care less. They didn't respond to my complaints nor even acknowledge them. SHOP HOME DEPOT instead. These folks are crooks.
