We are so happy with our new hardwood floor! Sylvan did an great job. His workmanship is excellent. In the past few years we had multiple trades doing work in our house. This was by far the best experience. Sylvan was always on time and payed attention to every little detail. Would definitely have him do work again and recommend him to anyone looking to install new hardwood flooring. Robin Thurston

In October 2017 we had Sylvan of Desert Hardwood Flooring install over 800 square feet of Hickory hardwood in our living room and dining room. Both my wife and I couldn't be more pleased with how the project turned out Working with Sylvan was easy, pleasant and professional. He and his assistant arrived each day on time, took special care to keep the area as clean as possible, and proved to be great craftsman. They moved my furniture, kept to a promised schedule and even helped me place area rugs down when finished. I strongly recommend Sylvan and Desert Hardwood Flooring to anyone considering a hardwood or laminate project.

What an unexpected experience! Taking out 1800 sq ft of existing tile and carpeting, transitioning from new floors to existing tile in bathrooms and laundry areas, moving furniture, including a piano, being extremely picky and being married to an engineer. THAT shoild have been a recipe for disaster! Instead, this was the BEST experience we’ve had in doing over five major remodeling projects in the past. Sylvan was always here when expected, was as inobtrussive as possible, took care of moving and replacing furniture, kept to an agreed upon schedule, and allowed my husband to ‘feel’ as if he were an integral part of the project. End result? Spectacular! We’ve even decided to put hardwood floors into the master and guest bedrooms...700 more feet of hardwood and 4 more days of work in less than 2 weeks after completing our original project. That's a testimony in itself! If you’re contemplating putting in wood floors (we thought about it for 12 years), call Sylvan and put the project into his hands!

We just had our floors replaced by Desert Hardwood Floors, 1st class workmanship! Pleasure to deal with, did everything he said he would do and more. There is no reason to go elsewhere, you will get the same quality we got, as I'm sure this is the only way he knows how to do the job.

We recently replaced the carpeting in our house and moved to Wood Flooring. The final product turned out fantastic. The product we selected fit our house beautifully , complementing the furniture and other wood in the house. Could not be happier. What we thought was important about our decision to go with Desert Hardwood Flooring - owner Sylvan Incao: They were there when they said they would be. They were professional in doing their job and demonstrated great skills in installing and solving installation barriers. The second person on the job was also a skilled craftsman – So you do not get one person and an unskilled helper – always looking over their shoulder. Two professionals made the job go quicker. Most important - I had tried to work with a few of the Carpet / Wood companies in Prescot Valley. You just could not get them to come out and give ideas on what to use and how proceed forward. How to deal with different types of wood and colors. IN the end after a couple meetings at the house we chose a fantastic flooring that really compliments the house. That is what we were looking for. Would definitely recommend to other people looking to put down wood flooring
