My wife and I hit Lowe's at least once a month for all our major items for the house. Seems least expensive than going to grocery stores. I also like the variety of plants they have at this location. And very surprising never had to return a plant that didn't survive very Hardy. The one I usually go to is off I-17 just west on Thunderbird. Employees are very nice and knowledgeable about their assigned job locations.

Ordered a $700 dollar dish washer. They told me it is on back order. I waited two weeks and called seeing if it was in, Lowe’s representative said no. A week later, received a call apologizing, they had the dishwasher for over a week. I was told by the employee, that in 2 days he would have the installer call me to set-up the install and he would call me after. No call from either. Tried to call the store, I was left on hold for several minutes, 12 to be exact. I hung up and called back, employee was rude. I hung up, can’t believe the hoops I have to go through for giving them $700.

Nice store! Easy to find most anything for your house. Deduct one star for lack of people to help when I visit. When I do finally find someone, they are always very friendly and helpful.
