Love the look of our patio! Overall, we are very pleased. The team arrived when the said they would and did a very good job overall. They would have received 5 stars except they left a bit of a mess behind. I am still cleaning concrete off our other landscaping including: hose, accent lighting, artificial grass, and furniture.

I found these guys at a Home and Garden show and was impressed with folks that were present. I had received another quote from another company, that was a little less costly, but in the end, I chose this company. Primarily, because I'm a strong advocate for companies that are specialized in their fields. I called, scheduled the estimate and then scheduled the installation. Straight forward and no hassles! The only thing I would suggest is to provide the client with a little more up front information on what will occur on and during the installation. The installation team were timely, professional, open to questions, well versed in their product and even suggested future ideas. I will most likely call them back again to implement heir suggestion.

I agree with others. I feel this company displays extremely poor customer service. After speaking with a receptionist, advising exactly what I needed, Isaac arrived to advise this company could and would not provide that service. He said because they did not perform the original work, they would not reseal. When I spoke with the receptionist she asked that very question of who did the original work and I told her then it was performed by another company that went out of business. I wasted an entire day I could have done something else, only to have a two minute conversation with Isaac on my front porch.

5 years and going strong!. Had some issue getting it installed but it was a summer full of thunderstorms twice a week. Once down, job well done. After 5 years still looks more or less new.
