Absolutely Wonderful! Rob and his crew were so easy to work with, explained the process and did a terrific job from bid to clean up. Its been a long time since I have had such a good customer service experience and the product is amazing. I wish we had done this when we built our previous home but will do wonders for existing tile grout.

This company really ranks high in terms of professionalism and good customer service. This is the second time I have hired Arizona Tile & Grout Care to thoroughly clean my saltillo tile since we moved to Tucson several years ago. The floors now look clean and gorgeous and I feel good knowing I'm taking care of my floors-- a major architectural feature of our southwestern home. Rob Edwards is a true professional. He knows his business, but also knows the importance of good customer service. He responds to calls quickly and never hesitates coming to our house for an updated estimate. He is pleasant and conscientious as well. James, the technician who did the floors, was equally as polite and professional. He was easy to communicate with and answered all my questions in a courteous manner. I look forward to a continued working relationship with this fine Tucson company. I highly recommend them.

The before and after pictures were both taken during the day from the same IPhone but no one can believe it's the same tile!! Now I love my sixteen year old tile and don't feel the need to replace it. Although the process is more expensive than a cleaning, it is still a tiny fraction of the cost of remodeling. Rob, the owner, came to give us an estimate on cleaning but explained the results would be minimal. This I believed since I had spent a lot of time and money cleaning it myself. He explained that color sealing the grout would be the only option to get the look I wanted. Using a lighter color sealed grout made the grout lines less noticeable and the tile color lighter. The tile was actually fairly clean in the before picture! In addition to all that, Derek arrived right on time for the preliminary work. Rob and the rest of the staff came later to complete the job. Everyone was polite and well groomed. The job involved the kitchen, family room and three bathrooms and was completed between 730am and 4pm in one day. I couldn't be happier! Money well spent.

Rob Edwards and his expert crew were upfront and helpful with their description of what they could do for our marble tile. The marble was in bad shape with stains, chair leg scrapes, and even scratches in the marble. When they were finished our floors looked like new and their work exceeded our expectations. You can't go wrong with this company and their product. You will wish you had called them sooner!

My tile grout looks fabulous. It's the best investment I've made to make my floors look great again. Plus, I don't have to worry about spilling something on the grout and having it stain. I am so glad I did this. The men working on the floor were very courteous and professional and did a fantastic job. I can't say enough good things about them.
