Can't say enough good things about our experience here. We received several quotes from installers. Many were just ridiculously overpriced. Most were very high pressure sales people wanting us to sign that day. Rodney came, and he was amazing! Very helpful, knowledgeable, explained everything very clearly. Prices were the best we received. It didn't stop there. The crew that came was extremely professional. Very friendly. Did a phenomenal job. The install looks great, the work was very high quality. Would highly recommend these folks.

I love the laminate flors that replaced carpet in the bedrooms. The entire purchasing process was easy. Janet was very helpful. The installation was done quickly with little disturbance of my activities. All the installers were friendly and respectful. I am very satisfied and will recommend to others.

I want to thank Sherry Young our floor covering professional from 17100 San Pedro Ave. store for such a great job! She was great showing us the floors and the specials and walking us thru our contract. Did a great job explaining what to expect. We had carpet through out the house and tile, we had the carpet removed sometime ago but her workers removed the tile on the entry way and the kitchen, covering my appliances...great job guys! After taking a long time deciding what floor we wanted we went with luxury vinyl at first very hesitant as I did not want a cheap look but I wanted something that withstands my dogs and kids. I am very happy with my choice and I've had many compliments the floor looks great. Thank you again Atlas Floor!

Atlas Floors is just the best! The quality and service by every employee we encountered was superb. Our sales representative, Janet Kelly, was so nice and a great help in selecting the right flooring for our home. She kept us informed and always followed up to make sure everything was perfect. We have had ceramic tile, hardwood, and carpet installed by Atlas and all came out beautifully. Our last and biggest project was the carpet. The standout here was the care the installation crew (Johnny & team) took with the movement of our furniture. They were wonderful in the regard, taking great care not to bump, scratch, or drop anything. And, they had a great little tape and numbering system that allowed them to put back each piece of furniture in the exact original spot. Also, of course, they did a great job installing the carpet! Yes, I recommend Atlas Floors: quality product, expert installation, great service, fair price.

I'll start by saying that I would grade them at two and a half stars if it were possible. The in store sales experience was good. We were shown samples and options and there were plenty of both. We agreed to a measurement (one room, about 450 square feet), about a week after the initial consultation, the area had been measured and we had the quote. Price was a little high, but within our expectations after researching carpet and installation cost. We agreed to the quote and scheduled delivery and installation. The installation was set for a Friday at between 9 and 10 in the morning. Then moved to 11 to 12. Installers finally showed up at 1:30 due to some difficulty with their first install. Annoying, but not anything to get too upset about, right? I had already moved every piece of furniture from the area (they would have moved it all, but I just wanted to save time), so when the installers came, they just got right to it - cutting the existing carpet and getting tools. One guy started to measure the area again, went out to the truck and came back to let me know that THEY DID NOT HAVE ENOUGH CARPET for the installation. The person who had done the initial measuring had measured short. This meant I had to wait for another week, take another day off from work and deal with stuff all over the place that I didn't want to move back to the room where the carpet was going. A received an apology from the salesperson (who did the measuring) that this was the first time this had happened to her, but no other communication from the managing staff. Quality of the carpet is great, when they had enough carpet, the installation went smoothly and I like the finished product. I very much doubt that we will go back to them for the rest of the house only due to the costly ( to me) mistake. So the actual grading would go: Choice: 5 stars Price: 3.5 stars Experience: 1 star I would have given 5 stars overall if there nets had gone according to plan.
