Great selections from tile to wood and natural stone, even stacked stones. You can also find granite, great back splashes, and much more! I personally like their computerized system that saves all your purchase receipts so that when you bring back extra tile from a project, you do not worry about not having a receipt to get cash back! Awesome feature! Sales help really know their products and can help guide the novice to expert through any application of tile or other with a full range of cements, grout, tools and even tile cutting machines. Check it out!

A huge range of tiles for all rooms as well as a lesser range of wooden and bamboo flooring. Basically a warehouse full of stuff at exceptionally good rates. I have been round most of the tile shops in the area looking for shower tiles. Most of the others are nonspecialist, Home Depot etc., or are quite small in comparison. The smaller shops do more exotic and fashionable tiles but are pricey. Staff are helpful but they seem to have quite a few newer staff who are less experienced but they are quick to ask for help when needed. I was served quickly by a very helpful staff member. Also of note is their 90 day return policy. Even opened boxes...excellent.

Great selection of tile, wood, everything you would want for a redo. Had questions about tile pick and they have designers on site to help you. Every employee was courteous, pleasant, and willing to help you. Nice shopping experience.

Amazing flooring selection! We've purchased tile for our shower wall and base, tile throughout our house and now tile for the backsplash. We've been super happy with the return policy and helpfulness of the staff. This is a way better place for flooring than your Lowe's or home depot selection. We are glad our tile setter recommended we use this place. Thanks guys.

Floor and Decor was recommended by an acquaintance to help us with ideas for our condo remodeling project. We visited the Glendale store the other day and found Michael on the way to the vinyl flooring section. Michael was nothing short of amazing! His product knowledge and recommendations were so helpful my wife and I could simply not get over it! I'm sure they have other great personnel, but if he is working, Michael can take you through the entire store and provide an incredible amount of helpful information and recommendations. The store is so large and the choices so extensive we would have been utterly bogged down without his kind and considerate help!
