Gaby and his crew arrived on time and were professional throughout the entire process. They were cheaper and took half the time to complete the job as the other companies I called. His crew was awesome, did not mess around and just kept working the entire day. Overall it was a pleasant experience. I like that Gaby is straightforward & honest guy, did not try to upsell or charge hidden fees and most importantly gave me, the customer, priority unlike other larger companies around town where I feel like I'm just another transaction. 10/10 would recommend!

This is the best team in the wood industries, the best quality and refinement.

I have to say that I'm bummed to have to write this. Something changed with this company. The previous owner is no longer there. Neither are the incredible team he had working with him. Now there is someone who doesn't answer the phone. We've had him do 2 small jobs for us now and it's PAINFUL to say the least. If you need him here Monday he'll show up on Thursday acting like he's still on time, if at ALL! When he's on site he's good. But once he leaves you're going to have an IMPOSSIBLE time getting in touch with him. You'll have a better relationship with his voicemail box. This is so sad. I don't know how people can run a business like this and stay afloat. He doesn't even deserve 1 star. The last thing he said on the phone was, "I don't care about your bathroom". This is after he promised to come do the work. And in the past we LOVED this company and spent thousands having hardwood floor work done in every room of our home. Now that the previous owner is no longer involved I will never use them again. I'm furious. He's left us hanging with relatives coming for the holiday on a 1-day job that could have been done 10 days ago. All these no-call/no-shows are totally unacceptable.

Gaby and his team delivered an excellent finished product for a very fair price. They completely resanded, repaired, and replaced our 100 year old oak floors in three days. The floors look beautiful and the repair and replacement isn't even visible. We really appreciated their professionalism and how clean the team was. Our house was left dust free. I suspect that's not an easy task when sanding and refinishing 800-1000 square feet of hardwood.

Master of Wood Floors did an excellent job installing hardwood flooring over about 2000 sqft in my home. I interviewed several installers before deciding on Masters. I chose them because their bid was very competitive, Gaby offered some good ideas about the design of the flooring, and he inspired a lot of confidence when we were discussing the job. The job was completed when they said they would, they arrived on time every day, and it was obvious that they took pride in their job. The floors look fantastic.
