Original Review 2/22/2018
Initially, Regal Floor Coverings seemed to have a great selection of tile at very reasonable prices. It took some time browsing their website, but I was eventually able to find tile in exactly the size I need for a small project, and in the perfect color. Last week, I placed my order for two pieces of two types of tile, and at that point, I would have given a five star rating.
Later that week, I received a voicemail (followed up a few minutes later by an email) from CW, stating that he needed to confirm the order and shipping details because they've had too many fraudulent sample orders... and that tile "by the piece" is intended as a sample, and so they can only send one per customer, not the two I ordered. I replied to the email, confirming my shipping address, thanking him for the explanation of tile "by the piece" being limited to one per customer, and asking him to adjust my order to just the allowable one piece. He replied back stating that he'd adjust the order, and follow up this week once the samples had been shipped.
Well, he did follow up this week, but not with a shipment confirmation. Instead, today I received another voicemail and email from CW with Regal Floor Coverings, stating that since he'd been unable to contact me, he was cancelling my order! I guess over the weekend he deleted and then forgot about the emails from last week? At this point, I started to worry that "Regal Floor Coverings" might just be a scam of some sort. I'd used Amazon Pay when placing my order, and thought maybe all this "follow up" was just an attempt to get my credit card info since (I think) Amazon Pay means the business doesn't get to see the credit card number used to pay for the order.
My order was refunded about an hour after today's voicemail and email from CW, so that's good at least. And after now belatedly doing some research on the company, I think it is probably not just scam. But based on my experience, while the company may be a legitimate business, it is apparently a very badly organized business. Or maybe just a business that doesn't want to bother with small orders, or orders that won't generate a large profit. Either way, my opinion of the company is down to one star at most.

Update 2/26/2018
This morning, CW from Regal Floor Coverings followed up with me again. He apologized for the mistake with my order, arranged to have a free sample of one of the tiles I'd ordered held for me at the local Emser Tile showroom, and explained that the other tile had been discontinued by the manufacturer, so it was now out of stock nationwide.
I really appreciated this follow up, for a few reasons, and so I'm updating my review and changing my rating of Regal Floor Coverings from one star to four stars.
In this morning's email, CW explained that their sample program was just launched this month, and it has attracted so much business that their small company has been swamped. I can understand and sympathize with that, and I tend to be pretty forgiving of mistakes, as long appropriate action is taken afterward to correct the mistake. Since my initial order was refunded when it was cancelled, and CW did today arrange for a free sample to replace the order that was mistakenly cancelled, I feel that appropriate action has indeed been taken.
In the end, dealing with Regal Floor Coverings did cost me some time, but did not cost me any money, and gave me very useful information I probably would not have found on my own (the existence and location of the local Emser Tile showroom). If I need to order tile again, I'll definitely consider Regal Floor Coverings. But I'd probably order by phone, rather then risk another hassle with a website order.
