Never showed up for the scheduled estimate!! I called them 5 days later to inquire what happened... all they could say was, "We're busy and you're too far from us... that is why we never showed up". WTF?? They never even called! They said they could come to give an estimate, but now they would charge $100 to give me an estimate! Are you freaking serious?? What a lousy company, STAY AWAY!! DON'T EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR MONEY!!

Do not trust your floors to this company you will be sorry. Go to some place reliable. They actually deserve ZERO stars. Giving them the one was generous.

Again it seems they do not care about customer service. I have called for 2 weeks straight to get info from the owners and no return call. I am calling to buy flooring from them so if you are calling to resolve an issue guess what you are never going to hear a ting from them. Look across the street and you will see their competitions parking lot is full, maybe that is the answer?

RUN do now walk away from these people. The will rob you blind with their cheap carpets - see review below- and they will rob you blind if you do anything for them .... the owners are never in and the boy/man in the store is clueless. Do your research before you buy here and make sure you are willing to take the risk on this fly by night operation.... Ashir
