Lowe's has a very clean and easy to navigate layout. Things are organized and labelled well. I was looking for a very specific piece of hardware and while they didn't have the exact piece I needed the associate that helped me was fantastic and was able to give me recommendations as to where I could find what I needed. I was also highly satisfied that I did not have to seek out assistance. The associates we're prompt in checking for those that needed help and when I had felt I might not be able to get what I needed on my own, they were there. Fantastic experience. I highly recommend.

Was great until 2 associates went to the bathroom that I was in and said my carry looked "shady" because I left it outside the bathroom with 2 items in the cart... Why they decided to question my actions is beyond me. But I hope they realize that's rude. And I was trying to be respectful instead of bringing the cart into the bathroom. Nice layout though.

Didn't find exactly what I was looking for on this trip BUT I just love Lowe's. Such a great selection of products and a great garden/patio section

Went to buy flowers. They don't have variety. However their return policy is excellent if you have to return any dead plants

If you value your time or expect the most basic level of customer service, do not buy blinds or other window treatments from this store. Originally purchased electronic blinds in October. Paid Lowe’s to measure and install. Their contractor measured wrong and the first set had to be returned. Waited another 6 weeks for the correct set. Once installed, over 2 months late, they don’t function properly. Called 5 times over the course of week and a half. Still no follow up. What a nightmare.
