Best Tile Store in Town! You'd be hard pressed to find a better selection and pricing. I buy all of my tile and installation materials there and advise my clients to acquire their tile there as well. Also, the customer service has always been top notch.

Huge, tons of wonderful choices. Great prices! Excellent assistance. No one bothers you, but when you ask for help, you get it. People working there are friendly and so helpful!

Never in my life have I ever been in a place so poorly managed. It's obvious that there is zero leadership in this store and that the employees are left to fend for themselves. Not a single employee acknowledged my existence even when making eye contact with me and standing less than 5 feet away. Every employee I saw looked irritated by the fact that there were customers asking for help. I went to the contractors desk to inquire about setting up an account and the girl behind the desk gave me severe attitude. Made me feel like I was inconviencncing her for wanting to potentially give them thousands of dollars from my remodeling business. I tried to purchase a few samples and their checkout process was a disaster. They were by no means busy but they only had 1 cashier working and she was obviously struggling to checkout a customer who was being difficult. There were 3 people in line in front of me and the cashier kept paging on the radio to get more help *crickets*. She must have paged 5-6 times and nobody answered her. Meanwhile literally 50 feet away at their contractor desk 4 employees with red vests and one with a black vest were having a grand old time laughing and chatting it up. The cashier finally paged for a manager and guess who shows up? One of the 5 employees standing 50 feet away is the freaking manager! She strolls over nonchalantly, does something on the computer for the cashier and walks away. She clearly sees a line of irritated customers waiting to pay but makes zero effort to open a register or get someone else to help. By the time I check out I had waited 12 minutes in line. The cashier was very friendly and seemed like she was about to cry due to the situation with the customer ahead of me. I made a comment about needing more employees to run the registers and her exact response was " we are not allowed to hire anyone else. We are told to deal with what we have". Clearly management does not care about the employees in this store and would prefer to watch them suffer in order to minimize payroll and maximize profits. Moral of the story... don't shop here because they dont care about their employees and management could care less. You will get better service at the Home Depot!
