REFUSED TO PUT IN WHAT WE ORDERED SAID (THAT WAS DISCONTINUED) NEVER KEPT APPOINTMENT. COULD NOT GET HER ON THE PHONE WAS OUT WILL BE BACK LATER. NEVER OPENED STORE AT REGULAR HOURS. TOLD MY WIFE SHE WILL DO THE WORK WHEN SHE GETS AROUND TO IT. DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO BE POLITE TO CUSTOMERS. SAID SHE SHOWED UP ON TIME FOR APPOINTMENT AND WE WERE NOT HOME. WE ARE RETIRED AND NEVER LEAVE THE HOUSE MY DAUGHTER DOES THE SHOPPING. WE WERE HOME SHE NEVER SHOWED UP OR CALLED TO LET US KNOW SHE WOULD NOT BE THERE AS SCHEDULED. DIDN'T HEAR FROM HER FOR 2 DAYS. WE HAD TO CALL TO FIND OUT WHERE SHE WAS!!! DO NOT HAVE HER TO DO ANY WORK FOR YOU. MY NEIGHBOR HAD THE SAME PROBLEM WITH CINDI'S FLOORS N MORE.

Very poor experience just trying to get an estimate. Cyndi blew off the 1st appointment, called a few days later to reset. Never showed up for 2nd appointment. Apparently Cyndi can't just show up when she says she will, she needs to have last minutes phone contact with her prospective customers before leaving her office. Rude receptionist calls an hour late claiming Cyndi had a flat tire and can't make the appointment. Amazing how ignorant some business people can be. I will tell as many people I can.

Can't give lower than1 star. Installer showed up drunk to measure for carpet. Order for flooring and install schedule changed 3 times with no notice. Less than a month carpet started to stretch causing rolls in carpet. Now it is doing it every where in 5 rooms. They do not answer the phone and have not returned any messages. Do not use these people they are thieves who do bad work and do not stand behind their work.
