Larry was great to work with! Very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. The installation process was seamless. Good communication with selecting a date, reminder calls made as well as timely notification from the actual installers. The gentlemen were very polite, respectful and did an awesome job. Larry also have a follow up call to verify all was well. Highly recommend!

Flooring America did a great job fir us. We only live in Tucson part time but I️ was able to arrange everything over the phone. Then had a friend let the installers in. They moved our furniture and everything. When we got here we had nice new carpet. Very happy.

We recently bought carpeting from Flooring America which they cut and surged to make into an area rug. I would definitely recommend them. Our salesman, Larry, was very good about communicating with us and also very willingly accommodated our request to change the size of the rug after we had placed the order. Additionally, their pricing was better than Carpet One or any other stores we shopped. Definitely a good place to shop for carpet!

Larry provided excellent customer service and great pricing. I would highly recommend working with him again. My only critique (and reason for 4 stars) is with the installer, who showed up at the wrong time and had a little bit of an attitude. Otherwise, the carpet quality and install are very nice.

During an extensive home remodel, I had the pleasure of working closely with Laddie. Her input and ideas are invaluable. She is very knowledgable about current trends and styles. Laddie did such a fabulous job of getting me the best prices on tile purchases that I requested her assistance in obtaining tile for another home located out of state. She did not disappoint! If you get the chance, work with Laddie. You will be extremely pleased with her service.
