I always have a great time at home depot. Went for fence rabbits were eating my garden. Any time I am there I always get something else I needed for the house HAVE to be careful here I like household stuff. I always get flowers for the yard or a new tool. Lol. Great location and great attendants to help you. You will enjoy your time there I am sure. 😉

I interacted with 5 Home Depot workers on my visit to buy a new water heater and every single one of them was helpful and friendly. Just an over great buying experience. I would recommend this store over any other in the area for customer service. Pricing was good as well. Thanks!

Was looking for doormats. Lady inside the door was very helpful and directed me right to where they were. Found a wide selection, good prices. ( Better than some other local stores) Couldn't find any coconut husk ones :-(

The Oro Valley store has gone to the dogs. Not only is this a hardware, appliance etc store but also doubles as your local dog pound. You can take any dog or maybe any pet you like to this store. I know the sign on the door says service dogs only but they don't care what mutt you bring in. I asked the store manager about not enforcing their policy an the snowflakes that bring them an their response.. "they need their comfort dogs also". So not only do you get a hardware store but also a petting zoo when you shop there. So by not offending any dog owner they have no problem offending me with their stupidity. It will take someone getting bit by a pet an a very happy lawyer to get their attention. By the way, can I bring a "comfort alligator" on a leash into that store as alligators bite fewer people than dogs so they are much safer?

Employees are incompetent for the most part. I waited at the self check out for 10 minutes before the woman even noticed there was a problem with the machine not scanning my item. I don't go to home depot if I can help it anyway because when they stopped taking my veteran id I wasn't happy. I was told told that if my ID wasn't active duty or retired they wouldn't take it. I guess my 6 years in the service isn't good enough for them. Lowe's is much more helpful and always happy to help me with whatever questions I might have .
