Jerry was great and listened to what we were looking for and he took us right to it. On sale and everything! He followed up well and was very glad to hear that we love our carpet and we were happy with install. A good, positive experience all the way around!

Carpet One exceeded my expectations from beginning to end. Kelly Vance helped me choose carpeting which I love and followed up with me on the entire process. I asked for a return visit to fix a small item and someone came out immediately and took care of the problem to my satisfaction. Great company to do business with!

No heavy sales pitch. I asked question and the salesman answered them and showed me what I needed. The installation was done in one day. Two medium bedrooms, one large bedroom, and one larger living room. Great workers. Very professional and a great job. Extremely happy.

Carpet One on Fort Lowell Road is the place to go, and Jerry Czzowitz is the person to seek out for absolutely outstanding customer service. We visited many tile stores searching for just the right tile for our house, paying close attention to the level of service provided us while in each store and the online reviews of the quality of the installers used by each store. We even had several stores send their installer representative to our house to give us an estimate (those were some interesting experiences). Once we found the tile we wanted, we returned to the store with the best customer service, and the best online reviews of the installation service provided by that store, and asked if they could get the chosen tile for us. Of course they were able to get the tile for us, and arrange installation to fit our tight schedule. The installation was exactly on schedule and the installers were excellent. Note: You do not have to buy the tile from the store where you first find it. Carpet One can get far more types of tile than they can display in their showroom. We found ours elsewhere, than returned to Carpet One to have them order and install it for us because we knew they would provide the best service. Carpet One on Fort Lowell Road and Jerry Czzowitz is the route to go for your tile. Absolutely terrific customer service, from the first visit through installation followup.

The carpet came in sooner than promised. The installers arrived easily on time and completed the job the same day. The quality of the installation was superb. The cost was extremely reasonable considering the quality of the carpet and the installers workmanship. I would highly recommend this company to anyone seeking new carpeting. There is a large selection in a variety of price range.
