I wish I cared enough about the sales associates name but... I walked into the store ready with cash in hand to replace my entire flooring. It took awhile for a sales associate to even acknowledge me. As soon as he saw my age he began to be extremely condisending and rude. I decided to still give him a chance and let him do an estimate. When he arrived to my house, he was already there talking to my wife. I arrived shortly after to find his car parked sideways across my entire driveway and I couldn’t even drive up to my own house. After I come into the house, this blatant jerk decides it’s a good idea to quickly retract his tape measurer and hit my walls with it. This individual was completely rude and I highly suggest anyone avoid this company. I hope they go under. On top of everything he didn’t even give me a quote. PATHETIC.

Great experience. Chuck was great helping us find a carpet that looked great and fit our budget. Looks great and feels so soft! Thanks!

You think you can trust your "neighbors" in a small town, but still get everything in writing. In our case, the carpet we chose had a pattern consisting of lines. Before I could express my opinion, the manager suggested the lines run along the longer wall, which made sense and I confirmed his decision. After it was installed, I walked in and freaked out when I saw the lines running the other way. I called the the manager, and he sarcastically said, "I'm sorry." I asked what happened, and he said it would have cost more because there would have been a seam. Well, shouldn't we have been giving the choice, or at least been warned or corrected? My husband drove down to the store and the manager ADMITTED it was his fault. Long story short... the area manager called with no customer service skills. Her manager denied taking the blame. BTW, the manager's girlfriend also works there and claimed she told us about how the lines would run differently. That is a lie, because we would not have agreed to that (and she made no mention it would cost more). We offered the area manager the option to refund us $500 (the carpet cost $3000), and we would live with it. She didn't agree and we opted to have it removed for a full refund. Poor business decision: lose $500 or $2500... they chose to lose $2500.
