I and my father n law went to get tile for my back yard. I have a back problem and my father n law close to early 70s. I assumed I would get help to get it on the cart and then in the van. This place has no help for seniors or customers with back problems. They kept saying we don't have loaders. The girl that helped me lift the tile said I can't get help, they expect me to help with all the heavy stuff. Of did I mention concrete yes the 80 pound bags almost 10 of them. I would go to a better location where they do adhere to ADA rules and regulations.

I had purchased a patio door and wanted an installation. A so called business named Shamrock agreed to a Monday. I called three times on said Monday, I was hung up on once, and they tried for a Friday reschedule. Do not put your thousands of dollars towards them. They are a joke of a place. I use to buy everything from Lowe's. Not any more.

For the past 10 years this Lowe's has been my go to location for navigating life as a home owner. I browse here, get ideas, learn from the employees and get my consumable supplies here. It is nice when you can explain a issue to an employee and together you can determine what product or service works best for me. I have also done of few projects and using their installation services including: Security doors, rock and stone delivery and ceiling fans. No issues with any of that except I did need ceiling fan readjustments which they did for nothing. Also love the garden center here and always have to purchase something that I can take home, plant and watch die over time (trust me, I have killed most plants that they sell). I have nothing to take away from their competitors but this is nice, helpful, clean and full service location and I have no reason to change.

This lowes is a c or a d store. you can't buy stuff you would find at a regular Lowes and it's frustrating! I don't bother going on here anymore. looking for a nice high end faucet? go to an a or b store like the one on ray Rd and i-10and you'll notice the differnce in everything offered. flooring, lighting, door handles it's unbelievable. Today's experience really posses me off. I rented the green machine to clean my carpet and it was dirty and I said so when I rented it and wrote it on my agreement. I returned it today and the cashier made a big ol deal about it. I was like it was nasty when I picked it up and now it isnt. say thank you because I brought I back cleaner than when you gave it to me. nope! just gave me my $20 deposit back and was all nasty about it too. BTW don't rent the green machine they don't clean as well as the rug doctor. it was a waste of money. shaking my head for the lesson I learned the hard way.
