Customer service here is exceptional. Sure it's not perfect and every experience at this location hasn't been but, 99 times out of 100, I leave content that I got a good deal, or at least better service than their competition. I ask questions about everything and for help loading my cart and in my vehicle when I can't walk but insist on buying materials so I can get back to work when I can walk again. Never had an issue. In fact, I think the thing I like the most is that a good number of the people I've talked to or gotten to know over the last couple of years of using that location almost exclusively is that they all seem to like being there (or at least they seem to like interacting with the customers). Tonight they surpassed any and all expectations, went so far above anything I expected and have earned this 5 star review. Kudos to the Manager and Staff. Thank you.

Stopped in for some light bulbs earlier, and was actually blown away by the friendliness of the staff. Two employees came out of their way to ask if I needed help, and the cashier made Pleasant small talk. maybe I'm not used to Southwestern Hospitality, but this place is sure doing something right.

Big box stores are notorious for lower than average customer service. I had one of those lower than average experiences again.. I went in to get non sanded grout in a caulk tube. The color I required did not come in non-sanded. I figured I would try to make it work and proceeded to look for the caps that you put on top of the tubes so the remaining product does not dry out. I spent well over 10 minutes going up and down the Isles looking for the tips that are usually in the caulk section. I asked two different employees where they were. One didn't know what they were and the other one couldn't find them. Being frustrated, I went back to the tile department and just got the non sanded powder which cost more but a lot less frustrations. Thanks a lot guys.. I love your company but it sure would be nice if your employees knew their departments.

Out of all the Home Depot’s that I have been to, this one has easily the most helpful staff. There is also a Chicago style hot dog stand outside. How cool is that!!
