Excellent friendly staff. I'm a contractor, and they helped me get set up for a rewards program, and also helped my customer get set up with a credit card. Kay is an excellent manager, and the gentleman that helped us also very friendly and helpful.

Upon selecting a gorgeous 8" tile from Spain, we picked out the color of the grout and was then handed the sanded grout and left. The tile is up and is absolutely beautiful, but the sanded grout has become an enormous hassle. It's hard to push it in-between the tiles, and takes lots of work to sponge it off the top of the tiles. In the end, we will have a thin bit of sand on these tiles that we paid a lot for. Why were we given the sanded grout for this tile?

The employees at Floor and Decor have treated me very well and assisted me with a floor tile selection that looks great in my house. I tried several samples before making this big decision and I am so happy with their expertise. Steven is very knowledgeable about tile and all the supplies needed for the job. He made my tile buying experience very enjoyable! I'm now thinking about doing a backsplash in my kitchen and will return to Floor and Decor for everything I need.

Love this place. So much to choose from. Plus the staff on hand is always ready to help you out. Only been there twice so let's hope our wonderful experience will last. Plan on them begin our new one stop shop for all our flooring needs as well as tile needs.

Great selection and very helpful staff. We were able to find a match for our 18 year old tile, get an estimate and arrange to meet with an installer in a very short period of time!
