Top of the line. Whenever I go there they treat you as an individual. Brian is a true leader. He has concern for customers and his store

Had no idea of where I could find what I needed. Or even what to call it. But one of the employees listened to me and figured out what I needed. He escorted me to everything on my list. He was very nice and knew his store well. I definitely recommend this Lowe's.

The starting to be one of those big box companies where you can't find anybody to help you. I'm very disappointed I went to go order a door they said they didn't make that size they didn't even offer to special-order it I'm very disappointed

The person in the section had no clue about the stuff he was selling and was the only employee around. At least the employees didn’t try to solve the problem on our way out they seemed completely ambivalent that we had bad service or were off to Home Depot. Seems like everyone is trained with the same inabilities.

Manager walked past me and asked how I was doing. I indicated I needed help. I'm in the handicapped electric cart. He ignored me and kept walking. Later I saw him again, asked for assistance, he told someone else to help me. That's when I learned rude guy was manager. The guy left his ears at home.
