I called this Home Depot and asked to speak to a manager regarding an exchange I had. The manager Jamie said that he was going to be there for a short time and it would be better that I come the next day. When I did go, the Manager Jamie had remembered our conversation the previous day and honored my exchange, for a better product. I am impressed with this stores customer service, from the girl that helped me with the exchange ( I can't remember her name, sorry 😞), to Paul the guy who climbed a ladder to find me a comparable product, to Jamie for not only remembering our conversation but honoring my exchange. Thank you, all of you. You make what shopping at Home Depot is about, a pleasurable experience and I will continue to go to this location for any further needs I have either for my work or home projects. 5 🌟 all day. Well done.

Helpful staff and almost anything in store you need. If they dont have it you can usually order it. They get a 4 of 5 from me because it feels understaffed, there were hardly enough people to help anyone when I was there. The ones that were there were extremely helpful though.

Rented a carpet cleaner w apohlstry attachment! Get home fill machine w water an attach apohlstry an when are all set. Pull the trigger an my feet are now soaked with water, it's broken call they say come back w exchange it! Great 48 miles later we are cleaning the sofa Return machine next day an no apology for having to go to the store twice no credit for returning it early!!!!!!!! Manager was to busy so talked w associate over the phone about crediting our inconveniences. Sorry she say you had the machine for 21 hours soooooo! Store is filthy I will keep going to El Con from now on at least their store is clean an employee's don't ignore you an are helpful!!!!!!!!!! Bad customer service all the way around!

The security woman that works here is every rude. She took down my boyfriend's license plate and followed behind us for awhile. We go there frequently enough that he knows a few of the staff yet each time we visit she would follow us. We never steal and spend enough money there that I feel she should stop. They have cameras they should be able to see we're not doing anything wrong and are there to shop not to be followed.
