Well stocked location. Items are marked so easy to find. Sales clerks are knowledgeable and courteous.

The new pickup that they rolled out is supposed to be fast and convenient. However, the reality is far from it. Both times using the service has led me to wait 45 minutes first time and going on 30 minutes this time. Hey Lowes, if you plan to offer a service like this, maybe you should train your folks first.

Amazing customer experience today at about 1 pm i went to buy some plumbing repair stuff and an older gentleman employee (Benny) walked down the aisle and asked if i needed anything, so i told him my issue because i had bought some plumbing things at another nearby homestore and no luck...but Benny was very helpful and very knowledgable. With that kind of service I will be coming to Lowes from now on! THANK YOU BENNY!!!

Much cleaner, organized and helpful than your average Home Depot. Their variety of products (I was looking for ceramic tiles) is inferior and pricey than those of the orange guys. Nevertheless, they probably have all that is required for your home improvement project or simple repairs. Again, their staff seems knowledgeable and friendlier than Home Depot, where you normally struggle to help someone to answer a question or to help ypu find that small piece or part that you require to fix your toilet or a leaky faucet.
