Henley's Floor & Home Pros, LLC

The employees are very helpful. I loved walking in and seeing so many different types of flooring. I have never seen a showroom like this before. They did a great job with installing my new carpet on my stairs and upstairs. I am looking forward to doing more business with them in the future.

I have an investment short term rental property in Arizona. On July 5th I received a call from my neighbor in Arizona that my home has about 2 inches of water on my main level and the ceiling has completely collapsed. The renters had forgotten they left the tub running and left for the day. After 8 to 10 hours most up my upper level was flooded and the downstairs ceiling and walls were completely destroyed. I drove 12 hours to get the placed to get it dried out. The insurance had their mediation company come in to dry and tear out walls, flooring cabinets etc. Imagine the frustration and overwhelming feelings I had. I received three bids to repair but since they new in was going to be an insurance claim they were like vultures circling to charge high and top dollar. Driving down Bell road I noticed a sign that said Henley Floor and Home Pros. I decided to stop in and it was the best decision I made that day. When I explained my situation to them I could sense and feel their sympathy and willing to help put me back together. I wished I remembered the owners son's name who impressed me to have them come by the home. Immediately Kyle and Chris came by and assessed the situation. Both were extremely professional and accommodating. They were knowledgeable and could see other areas that the others did not see. They could have charged more but offered to fix things at no charge, They came across as true professionals who want to establish and keep a good name in the community. I hired them and found them to be extremely honest and fair. They have contacts with excellent workers who are professional and good. I needed someone I could trust to go into my house while I am not there and secure the property while working. I highly recommend Henley's floor and Home Pro's. They are honest and their work is quality. my name is Paul and if you want to contact me directly, call Kyle., he has my cell. I am a very satisfied customer, Thanks Kyle, Chris and Kyle's son for putting me back together again.
