Definitely deserves this. Its managements responsibility to run a store effectively and provide a good to great shopping experience. Have a list I can go over of bad experiences. Feel free to reach out. I have questioned (in my head) how they train their employees each time I have came to the store

I am a pro renovation company, I have tried shopping in this store for over 2 years, almost everyday, we spend about $100.000 are year hear. Im done, will never go back and deal with such incompetent staff and lazy manager Todd that never leaves is office to train people and direct store operations. Trish in pro services does a great job but when she is not there, they need to close the store. There is a reason Professional companies do not shop here, there is no service, you have to beg them to load a truck, or get help pulling items on a call in. Please fire Todd the GM and get a store Manager that will get out of the office and oversee the store. It comes down to this, if you shop this store for very long you will be so upset with the way they operate you will go crazy, and so pissed of at there staff that you want to go postal.

There is 3 good employees in the store, Brad the manager is never on the floor running the store, i shop this store everyday and have seen him on the floor 1 time, pro services has on good person, No one will help you unless you want to walk the aisle all day begging for help. I recently drove to lowes on 3 different days to get a roter bit and no one even knew what is was. most of there staff are not incompetent to work in the store.Every week there is a new person that really do not want to load your truck. Here is the truth about lowes, its a warehouse of stuff and you are on your own, good luck Richard C

Good store. Pretty well stocked with everything and employees seem to be friendly for the most part

The staff in appliance section, especially Kevin, were so helpful. Made me feel welcome and worked with me to find a refrigerator that fit the needs and budget we had. Clean store, well stocked. Thank you!!
