Staff is so friendly and helpful!! The store is always well stocked and organized, garden section usually has good variety and for the most part, really well taken care of. The bathrooms have a ton of stalls and have always been clean in my case. I'm really thankful for such a great Lowe's with wonderful customer service helping my husband and I during our new house projects!

We are regular customers at Lowe's Springdale store. I seldom have to go far to find an employee if I need help. The employees are knowledgable and if they can't answer a question they will find someone who can, even going to the trouble of calling another store. Their products are priced right and nearly always lower than Home Depot. The merchandise is high quality and they usually have a variety to choose from. We've bought plants and garden supplies, lumber, tools, and household supplies, too much to list completely. Point is, Lowe's is our go-to hardware store.

Always have what I need at a reasonable price. .got there 3 minutes before closing and they still helped me get what I needed. .Awesome!

I usually prefer Home Depot over Lowe's, but this one is an exception. Employees are always super helpful and the general manager is fabulous.

They do NOT stand behind their products. Bought a weed eater from there and a month later the pull rope mechanism is broke. Returned to warranty or repair and they tell me that I should have bought the extended warranty. This is ridiculous. I have several home and business projects coming up and I was planning on shopping here for all my materials. I will now give HOME DEPOT a shot. If Lowes doesn't want to take care of its customers then I will find a place that will. I don't care how "nice" everyone is if they will not stand behind a product. I used it 1 time. I am not a happy customer.
