I went and had this company do the flooring and the tile company for my house. The tile company did great no problems. But evidently the carpenter installer said I had to much stuff and then my salesman called my home contents junk. I know I am poor but didn’t know I have junk in my house. I was warned about this company but I didn’t listen now I am paying for it. The manager David came in and fixed the problems with my house.

Loved Carpet One!!! From the salesman to the installers, they were all so helpful! They worked within our budget and didn’t try to push us to get more than we wanted! They got out to our house within a tight time frame Angie our carpet installed even quicker than what we needed! Thanks for a painless process that with other companies has been frustrating at best. I would wholeheartedly recommend Carpet One of Bentonville!

We were very disappointed with the service level at this store. We ordered tile and multiple times the sales person Dave Ward made mistakes in ordering that delayed our install. When we brought our issues to the attention of the staff at the store Dave would no longer answer calls and had a secretary (who was powerless to fix anything) take all of our calls. Ultimately, our project was delayed 3 separate times because of their poor service and took 3 additional weeks to complete because of their delays. We will never do business there again.

Great service and value for our flooring dollar!

We were very pleased with Carpet One at Bentonville and especially David Ward, who follow up on a minor installation problem. We love our new carpet, love how they honored their commitments. Be sure to ask for David Ward, who was so helpful with our carpet project.
