We met with several companies before choosing Summit Floor Experts. We chose them because they truly are experts in their field. They were able to recommend a flooring that would meet all of our needs. They were clear, concise, and thorough from the first appointment to the final walk through. Their crew was professional and polite and made sure to treat our home with respect. We will definitely recommend Summit Floor Experts to our friends and neighbors.

I started out with the idea of having carpet replacement since I had wood flooring in the entrance and was afraid that the wood wouldn't match if I put wood where the carpet was. Steven was professional and recommended to finish what was down and it would all look like it was installed when the home was built. The whole crew is professional and does amazing work. All projects have issues and Steven took care of them upfront and let me know when something went wrong and had the corrective action planned out. If you want carpet or wood floor you won't be disappointed.

On the second level of our home, a large portion of our wood floor had to be removed and replaced due to water damage. Then, the entire second level was sanded and stained. Our biggest concern was getting a match that was as close as possible to the original color so that the difference between this floor and the rest of our home was minimal. The results far exceeded our expectations! We notice no difference between our restored floor and the rest of our home. Additionally, Steve Dawson was a pleasure to work with. He took the time to educate us on all available options so that we were able to make informed decisions. The project was completed within the projected timeline and Mr. Dawson was accessible throughout the project. We would highly recommend Summit Floor Experts for any flooring needs.

Steven and the guys at Summit Floor Experts did an amazing job on our floors. We had some flood damage on our downstairs that ruined the laminate flooring and carpet. Steven recommended some luxury vinyl flooring that was waterproof and looks great. We had them replace all of our carpets, too, including two bedrooms upstairs. They even replaced our stairs with vinyl. Steven was very patient with us as we took our time to ensure we got the flooring we wanted. The installers were on time and very courteous and cleaned up after themselves. The entire job only took a few days to complete and was worked around our schedules. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for new flooring.

I had Steve from Summit Floor Experts come to my house to give me an estimate for water damage to my hardwood floors. Friendly, professional and knowledgeable. What I appreciated was the fact that Steve told me all my repair options from the cheap to the highest end repair. Moreover, he told me my damaged floor’s appearance would improve as the wood continues to dry. I have no skills or knowledge about hardwood, he could have told me anything. You can tell when a company cares about its reputation, I believe that is the case with Summit. I will use this company for the repair. I will update my review at that time. I have never heard of Summit Floor Experts or Steve until I called them today (after a Google search).
